You don't have to walk through grief alone

Welcome to a space where your story matters.

Grief changes everything—and yet, it often feels like the world expects you to carry on like nothing happened.
Here, we do things differently.

Whether your loss is visible or invisible, recent or decades old—your story matters.
Grief can take many forms: the quiet ache of infertility, the invisible pain of miscarriage, the heartbreak of divorce, the loss of identity, or the dream that never came to be.

My heart holds a special space for mothers who have lost children—including those navigating the complexities of pregnancy loss, infant loss, or child loss.

No matter what you’ve lost—whether a person, a possibility, a relationship, or a sense of self—your experience is real.
Your emotions are valid. Your healing deserves space. And I hold each story with tenderness, presence, and deep respect.

I’m Teresa—a grief specialist, podcast host, and a woman who has walked her own grief journey.
I’ve created this space not to fix what hurts, but to gently walk beside you as you learn to carry it.
I believe in soft places to land, compassionate conversations, and rediscovering your strength—one gentle step at a time.

This is a place to rest, reflect, and remember:
You are not alone.
Healing happens here—softly, slowly, in your own time.

These are the quiet truths of grief… shared with me by women just like you.

If you’ve felt this way, you are not alone.

What I hear most often from grieving women is this:

"I lose my child over and over again—every single day. And no one, especially at work, seems to understand that kind of pain.”

“I’m exhausted… just getting through the day is hard. I feel like no one in my family is actually listening to what I need.”

“I have no energy, no focus. I don’t feel like myself anymore.”

“Everything is a trigger—social media, the grocery store, even a commercial. And still… people just don’t get it.”

“I feel like my body failed me. I carry so much guilt.”

“I don’t want to be around people. They give advice when all I really need is someone to listen.”

And perhaps most often, I hear:

“I just want someone to acknowledge my grief—and to believe that one day, I’ll be okay.”

If this feels familiar… I’m so glad you’re here.
You don’t have to carry this alone anymore.

Imagine this...

  • What if you could understand your grief—not just feel it?
  • What if you had the tools to navigate those waves of emotion, those everyday triggers, and the quiet moments when no one else seems to get it?
  • What if you could feel seen, heard, and supported in a way that allowed you to begin living again—not as who you were before your loss, but as the version of you who’s gently rebuilding?

This is exactly what we work on together inside my grief coaching program—a compassionate, customized journey designed to help you uncover where grief is living in your life and begin releasing it, piece by piece.

What We Explore Together

Grief doesn’t just touch one part of your life—it impacts everything.
When we work together, we gently explore how loss has shaped:

  • Your health

  • Your family and relationships

  • Your career and focus

  • Your spiritual life and sense of identity

  • Your energy, sleep, and mental clarity

  • Your emotions and how you express or hold them

Together, we’ll identify the patterns, triggers, and pain points—and begin replacing them with tools, rituals, and breathwork practices that bring grounding, clarity, and hope.
